I'm usually a lager guy, but have really taken a liking to this new Iron Maiden Trooper Beer. Very smooth and not hoppy. Usually found in specialty beer/wine stores.

One of my favorites, and Rogue in general.

Now your talking, I am a beer guy from way back. I am pretty much done with American beers unless they are from micro brewery. My favorite is Stella, and I keep Bud in my fridge. For my nite cap I enjoy Maker Mark (whiskey).

Not sure if it really gets outside of Chicago, but Half Acre Beer Co is great, especially the Daisy Cutter. They made a beer called Chocolate Camaro, so what's not to like

Seriously, Heineken or Landshark. Usually Heineken, but when I'm in the yard messing around I prefer Landshark. It's sweeter & doesn't have to be ice cold!!! You can sit Landshark down for a few minutes, come back to it and it still tastes good. Heineken...not so much!!!!

I recently discovered that Michelob Ultra Amber is a great low-carb beer. At 3g per bottle, you can even play a game of beer pong on Atkins. It's no Guiness, but it's pretty good for a diet.

Flying Dog Citra is my favorite. Picked up a six pack of it last week and was rung out by an older man. He asked if I wanted a bag and I said no thanks. He gave me a bag anyhow and told me it was for incase the beer didn't do the trick.
