Ford and GM have been down this road before... it doesn't end well.

Comparing GM's new turbo 4s to old 4 cylinders is like comparing an F-22A to the Hindenburg.

Not the ugliest car I've seen. Certainly not unique or distinguished anymore.

It looks pretty nice. The back kind of reminds me of a Porsche, in a way. I really like the Camaro and Challenger for being big, however this Mustang looks really nice even though it seems small.
I wonder what will be Chevrolets respond to this. |

I think it looks pretty nice.
For me, however, the disappointing thing about the new Mustang is the length. I consider the existing car too long and really thought that they'd shrink it down a bit. They didn't. Turns out that the new car is like within ~0.2" of the old car. Mistake, IMO. Please, oh, please, Chevy... bring us an ~ATS-sized Camaro... i.e., scaled back down to size of the 1967... ~184" |

The convertible looks really awkward, but the GT looks OK. Interior looks really good in my opinion. I am pretty disappointed with the exterior so far, but for some reason I feel like there is a lot of potential there for the limited models. A more aggressive look and stance could really set off this design.
