If you can't buy right now, autoanything.com usually runs a 15% off sale maybe every one or two months but they currently don't have any stainless steel. They'll probably get more soon though.

If you're buying right now, stainless steel, ceramic, and chrome are all available at bbk right now.

Oh and to answer your question, if you're worried about rust at all, definitely stainless steel. If not, ceramic coated.

I'll wait from Autoanything, apparently FL has to pay taxes on the bbk headers. Wow my price on autoanything for the ceramic set is $645. That's about $100 cheaper than either Phastek or BBK. I'll just check religiously/call often.


Edit: just got off chat with an autoanything guy to see if I could swing an honor for the 15%off. No luck. Poor guy was clearly in a rush, they have chat support till 10:00 EST. lol

The same 15% it was some special discount for just visiting the site. Just in case the 15% is not available when the 304's come back in stock. No big deal, I'll just keep checking.

Yea, they're running a cyber monday deal where you don't have to input a code, everything is already reduced when you put it on your cart. I assume in the future they'll go back to full price and then you'll have to wait for the code to get the 15%. So you'll be back at the price it is right now. Just saying. But if you're waiting for Stainless then yea, wait it out and get the code whenever they run the sale and get stainless.

Exactly. My only real question now is whether to get 304. I'm less than 10 miles from the beach in Florida. I want to keep this car for some time so I'm leaning towards 304. My friend just sold his V6 and he had ceramics I'll ask him how they held up.

I don't think you'll see the effects of stainless vs ceramic until way later. But since you live so close to the beach, I'd just do the stainless.

I don't live as close as you do to the beaches sixcyl, but I have been around the beaches a few times and and my ceramics look great.

Though I have cleaned them with rubbing alcohol since before installing them.
