Oh my gosh, I just have to vent for a minute. My receptionist at the office is in a bad mood today and this is the THIRD time she's called my office to ask a question, then hung up on me midsentence.

you could always go for a quick drive - i usually am able to calm down real quick once i'm in a car. usually easiest to handle difficult conversations when emotions are low on one side at least

Click the box next to the "QUOTE" box, it looks like the pause symbol, one every post you want to quote. Then on the last post, click the quote box.
