That's why I don't want to. But tell me this, how come when I installed my axleback, it was loud as hell and had rasp. But when I installed the magnaflow x pipe, it is no longer raspy, but quiet as hell. I feel like the stock resonators had nothing to do with rasp in general, so, what will replacing them with straight pipe do?
Nothing? Make it more loud? Bring back rasp?

I've maybe seen 1 or 2 modified camaros that have them but that's almost nothing. And after seeing it in person, I like the way the dual tip looks so I might go ahead and do it. It's kinda the same mentality with the zl1 bumper, I've only seen 2 people with a ZL1 bumper swap. But that's just here.

I'd do the ZL1 sides. Here's why I suggest that. Also, please don't take offense to this . You barely drive the car and don't race it much if not ever so yes a short throw is a great mod to have in a manual car but you can probably live without it for a little more time. Buy the ZL1 sides, finish the cosmetics and then buy the short throw.
No offense taken and that's the way I'm looking at it now. I have never raced my car nor do I have any intention to. So the MGW is really just a mod to make it a little more fun around town and it will be a lot of work to install.

But the 1LEs don't come stock with NPP it's an option that almost all of them are equipped with so it make it look standard but I have seen a few without it.

Because the rasp was coming from your new axle back mufflers. If you keep your stock mufflers and remove the resonators, you would have had more rasp.

You put in a freer flowing muffler, causing rasp. Putting on the resonated xpipe reduced the rasp, taking the stock resonators off, will increase rasp again.

I agree with @ lscamaro since you don't drive your car that much (even when you have the best weather!!! ) I'll do all the customize mods first... that's where you enjoy more your car Freddy! Looking at her!

That's what I'm planning on doing. After the ZL1 sides will probably do the headers, tune, and gauges. I probably will just save and buy it to install this time next year because first it's going to take a while to save 2K and also because installing headers in floridas summer would be awful lol

I know a lot are opposed to this but I would honestly just pay a shop to install headers.

Removing the resonators will add rasp but I don't think it'll be anything the x pipe can't handle. I'd remove them

That is something that is very unlikely for me to do. In my garage we have basically everything that would make the install simple other than a lift (which is the most important thing). Plus doing the mods is something I do with my dad.

The only time I pay to have someone work on something is when it's something I can not do like mounting tires or welding.

Only reason I say it is because they truly are a pain in the ass. Although I guess if you take your time it shouldn't be too bad. I did the install with my uncle who has a bunch of tools, some of which I've never seen at any other place, and It was a nightmare. It took us like 10 hours to get it done. I might not mind doing it in this weather but in the 100 degree summers, I'll gladly pay

yeah, for me, it really depends on price. some people were able to find shops to install for under $200. if that's the case, 100% pay them. lol I've always found prices in the $300-400 range. which i'll gladly spend the day under my car, if it saves me that much money. So there is a breaking point. lol
