Helmet for racing

What do u have? I have a helmet from my 4wheeler with open face. Thinking of getting a closed face. What brand? And I can't find a size on mine. How do u figure out the size u need?

I have a Pyrotect and a Simpson. Racing helmets are certified differently than motorcycle so you should check what your track will accept. I think it's a SA or M rating.

Different manufacturers might have different sizing. You measure around your head to get the size.

Try HelmetCity...online...Most helmet web-sites tell you how to measure your head and choose the right size....I went with a Bell....You get what you pay for with helmets...I wouldn't go cheap.

I love my Simpson Bandit. I have it in Matte Black with the Iridium shield.

It's not that it's bad,but like a few posts back, it depends on who you're running with,so a SA 2010 is your best bet.I think mine was only like $300.00
