Interesting...

"According to del Castillo, the Xbox One will be self-aware of its temperature. As it starts to heat up, the fan will kick into high gear to attempt to cool it down. If that doesn't work, the device will cycle down its power usage to cool itself off. Of course, that will reduce the Xbox One's performance, but it also will reduce chances of needing to replace the hardware."

If you buy cod on xbox 360 you can't play it on x1. Its not backwards compatible. And no, you can't play X1 games on Xbox 360 either.

Your stats will transfer over as well as your DLC and season pass. I believe they will let you upgrade your game to a next gen version for $10 at certain retailers for a limited amount of time.

I know that Battlefield is allowing members to do a one time transfer of stats from the X360 to XB1 version.

Yea its pretty cool developers are making it an option but for me.personally, I am not going to buy any of the new release games for 360 and then turn around and buy them again for X1 a couple weeks later.

yeah, I would love it if madden offered that. I was thinking about getting madden 25 for xbox 360, just for the free nfl sunday ticket, but would suck to have to buy the xbone verson a few months later. I would do it for $10 more though.

Agreed, the only thing i see about old to new transfers is the Season Pass related to the game. But you still need to have a copy of both games for the pass to transfer off the 360 and on to the XB1. Which means if you bought the Battleifled Premium on X360, you would get the Premium on XB1 when you bought the game.

On a similar note, GameStop recently announced it would be offering PowerUp members a guaranteed $50 in credit for certain Xbox 360 games -- Ghosts, Battlefield 4, Madden 25, FIFA 14, and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag -- traded in toward the purchase of the Xbox One version of that game.
