Aren't the games supposed to be available for download on release day? Or is that a feature they'll unlock in like 2 years?

I haven't heard a definitive answer yet..... Still seems like there is a lot up in the air with the xbox.

I would be willing to bet we see changes as the launch gets closer.

Yeah. I'll order the games just in case. Especially since the servers will likely not be 100% at launch anyways.

I came close to pre-ordering the Xbox One yesterday but somebody posted something that reminded me of the Xbox 360 launch.. there are definitely going to be glitches and issues with the first batch that come out (its bound to happen with new hardware / electronics), which is not really a big deal for most people.. but I am not sure if I should wait a year so the issues get ironed out or just get one anyway... I'm on my 2nd 360 and its on its last leg.. so I may just wait until the 360 dies before ordering the X1.... just my .02

EDIT: I would like to see all these "rumors" get answered / squashed before I throw down $500 too..

I just traded in 33 games into GameStop, I wasn't going to deal with them because they are usually a rip off, but after comparing the trade in prices to amazon, GameStop was more than twice the value. I'm going to hold onto my credit and see what happens between the two consoles.

traded in 1 4g xbox slim and 4 games and got $200+ I still have 2 more consoles to trade xbox slim 250gb and 250gb ps3 in plus quite a bit of games. Specially with the 50% trade in bonus that comes with the renewal of the subscription card

I didn't know about the 50% extra credit with the card thing. If I new that I would have signed up when I just traded in those games. Oh well maybe when I trade in my 360 and ps3.

At amazon, you don't pay anything until it ships. And can cancel any time before.
