We see everything. But seriously, we use a lot of criteria to chose a mod. Sometimes people get lucky. Just happen to spend a lot of time in a forum that we feel needs more moderation. Or thy just happens to be what we are looking for. We offer up our suggestions, and reasons why we chose, but in the end tran is the final say so. I would say a good 80% of our members have been here a while with no problems. But that doesn't necessarily work either. I had an infraction before I became a mod. Fwiw, being a mod is an entirely thankless job.

I'll give you two guesses but you're only going to need one.


All the mods work at the fest. Almost to the point that we can't enjoy it. I remember the first fest where Chris didn't sit down till the end of the night.

I'm a mod on our local forum... Its fun. I just wish we had more people for me to ban... Every one plays nice.

I rarely ban anybody. I'm the slacker of the crew. I usually take more enjoyment out of arguing with them.

chris told me that before.

i told him i was willing to help out if i went.

but my funding situation got screwed because of my modding addiction..so next year. regardless of where i'm hoping.
