Phone won't stop ringing. People are dumb today. Calling me and don't know who they want to talk to.

Me: "Hello"
Person: "someone just called from this number."
Me: " do you know who?"
Person: "no"
Me: "well my line is connected to over 200 employees, unless you know the name then I can't transfer your call."
Person: " why not?"
Me: "because you don't know the persons name."
Person: "can't you look it up?"
