So many awesome posts to quote, so I won't bother. I do love Cosby's excellent point about the ZL1 being easier to drive to it's limits. Getting past bench racing and chest thumping, it seems most folks are simply looking for awesome experiences. To that end, I think I might have awesomer (my new neologism) experiences in the ZL1 if I feel more confident with pushing it. The question becomes: what will make you squeal like a little girl without also causing a need for a change of pants?

Seems as though a smooth-shifting 6-speed will add "confidence". And shorten times.

Perhaps a few will have to post less, and practise shifting more...
