LOLOL, this is so true and it is hilarious that any of the fanboys on this site can say a bad thing about what they are saying over there lolol. Seriously though, it is a freaking engione bay. One of the main reasons those covers have become so popular is because most modern cars are an ugly mess under them.

You can't be serious? Wait for ring times. Sure the guys on that forum are a bit biased but currently they have the better car. You sound even more like a fanboi then them saying the ZL1 is going to hand a 650HP GT500 it's ass. Then saying a completely redesigned motor and trans is outdated. Blind fanboism at it's best.

The GT500 engine is a work of art. Hands down. I do not love the look of the ZL1 motor, very cluttered.

And dissing on ANY of the muscle cars is just stupid - we are all enjoying some of the best muscle cars to come out of Detroit since 1970! Can't we all just get along?

I just find it funny how people always love the camaro and hate the mustang or vice versa as far as looks go. Personally, even though I would never confuse the two, I think they both look the most similar in the ponycar class, and think they both look good. Having worked on both in my driveway I prefer the camaro as it is easier to work on by a great margin. The ford engine bay looks cleaner, but it is way more cramped. What I say is the most valid because I am brand loyal to a brand that doesn't exist anymore and last great car was built in 1970 as far as I'm concerned , so my opinions are more rational

Haha! fanboy? Far from it, believe me. I just think it's funny that someone can only find the engine's looks to complain about. Who cares what the motor looks like. It's how it performs. I love the looks of the GT500 and the motor is a work of art ,but that wasn't what i meant by outdated. It's the rest of the car that needs to get improved. Frankly I don't care which car is faster. I'm buying a ZL1 because I thing overall it's a better car. HP isn't everything. If I drove only in straight lines everyday, I might consider a GT500 ,but I don't.
