I don't know.. maybe it's just the expectations I set for this one, but I'm pretty disappointed. GM has been coming out with some fantastic new products lately, but I really don't think this one hit the mark. I don't like anything about how this car came together from a visual stand point. The exterior looks extremely awkward. There were definitely good ideas in some of the designs, but they did not come together well at all...

Yea, it looks better than the out going model... but what does that say...

One positive note, however, is the interior. Here, my expectations were met and exceeded. Definitely on par with the high-end looking interiors coming out of the big three. Very happy with how that came together.
That steering wheel is awful, as others have said. Should have just stuck with the corporate wheel.

I hope it looks better in person. I guess I'll see on Saturday at the NY auto show.

another thing i like is that the fender lines aren't as high, so you can see out. bottom of the window looks lower than the LaCrosse.

Not sure about the Caprice nameplate, but it'll be VF Commodore based.

I love the two tone dash and the look of the materials.

The steering wheel I need to get used to. At least it's not a parts bin piece.

I am also really jealous of the ABL all over the dash and even on the back doors.

OK the big question I have is the V6 from our 2010-11 Camaro, or from the 2012? 303 HP makes me hope it is from the 2010-11 Camaro so we could bring it to Tracy for some upgrades......TT or Supercharger

Even a Trifecta tune, ported throttle body and a Black Iceolator would make this a fun cruiser!!

2012. The only application for the LLT V6 now is the large crossovers. Everywhere else its been replaced with the new LFX

Wow was completely impressed until I saw that horrific steering wheel. Jeez what a buzz kill that is. Apart from that, they did a great job. Can't wait to see the police department versions.
