Apparently this sound has been heard all over the world parts of last year and this year.... Greece, Czech Republic, Canada, Florida, Tennessee etc...

Some theorized explanations are:
the Earths Core and crust turning differently or something?
Solar Storm from sun...
Government is up to something
Aliens...

Reason some label it as HAARP is because it effects the ionospheric.. which can cause the odd sounding frequencies
