Actually, for me the worst part about these outbreaks is that my gf gets panicked like crazy about them, and i have to talk her down 5/7 days of the week. Swine flu hasn't been that bad yet.. she hasn't reached frenzy level... but i feel it coming. That'll probably kill me before any flu does.

I went to Mexico a few weeks ago. One of my professors just realized that and is now suspicious of me. Crap, the economy starts recovering, the media needs something to sell their product, so they fear monger this into insanity, and I pay the price. I'm not saying this isn't something to be concerned about, but there is a proper, logical, rational, and effective way of dealing with it, and freaking out is not that way.

Dude, I work on the border, my wife is in charge of an emergency room..Lets just say we have had one HELL of a busy week. Last thing I want to hear is:

I have something that i need 2 say Obama went to Mexico on the 16 or 17 and it so happens that all this comes out. right after he gets back from mexico. and to top it all off he was there in Mexico how come there are not reports of him getting sick much less all the secret agents. i mean i live right on the border of mexico and we are all fine. another thing there has been reports of like 160 dead people in mexico were are all the bodys and pictures. i think it's a scam to help out the economy which it has help alittle

I'm really kind of thinking this could be the real deal and very bad too. One thing everybody ought to do, is stock up on a good two to three weeks worth of supplies for you and yours. If it all passes without any problems, great! You won't have to do any shopping for awhile. You're always better off being safe than sorry.
