Well this one definitely took some research. I knew that Chevy adopted this windshield on the '55 model but that Cadillac had it a year or two before. In fact it was the '53 Cadillac and they called it the "Panormamic" view.

Glass came a long ways during this time period. There was still 2 piece windshields in the early 50's.

1963 - 1967 = Sting Ray
"Sting Ray" nameplates were absent on the new 1968 body, but Chevrolet still advertised the car as a Sting Ray.

1969 = Stingray

The '53 Olds Fiesta had the same windshield as the Cadillac Eldorado. From menory I think only 453 Oldsmobile Fiestas were built.
An easy one: What year in the 50's did the one piece windshield appear on the Chevrolet ?

What was the "development" name for the Camaro which was, until a short time before its announcement, believed to be the actual Model name?

Kinda like the ZL1 switcheroo of what was expected to be Z28 before the Chicago announcement, last Feb...

I had a '64 Corvette coupe. Name another "body" change from the '63 coupe besides the obvious split window and chrome hood inserts.
