Named my camaro Twister after the Tornado going thru the night we picked it up....so who does that....pick up a new car in a tornado....just us folks not used to getting them. We didn't get the brunt of it thankfully but west of us got hit pretty bad.

Sorry:( I have pretty much an entire family that I'd like to put in that tornado's path so I can totally sympathize. My sister talked to me today via facebook chat for hte first time in more than a year.

Regrettably, most people don't think about the risks of posting information online, especially on a "Social" site. And once pics or information is posted, even something as innocuous as "liking" a shampoo is out of your control and it never goes away.

Hello old fart comrads. I have been quiet but lurking. Today is the anniversary of my mother's death. Then come the holidays. I have spent the year doing everything I can to distract myself from thinking about it. That is still where I am. I just don't know what do do for the holidays. I just don't want to think about it. Thank goodness for C5 & my comrads here. You have all helped keep me sane through Mama's illness, death, all the estate crap, Dad going to assisted living, my sister's house burning to the ground & helping her get her feet back on the ground. This has been one hell of a year. I am thankful for my Camaro comrads!!!!!!! Sorry to put a damper on this otherwise very fun thread. Just needed to say that.

Thing is, this isn't anything I said... haven't talked to her in close to a year, and out of the blue, she attacked me online. Everything she was posting yesterday (I should say spewing rather than posting, because it was so venomous) I couldn't do anything about, because the block and delete functions don't work from my phone.... I had to wait 'til I got home, then copied everything to a word document, then deleted and blocked her. If I'm lucky, my employer and the board of pharmacy didn't/don't see her lies....

On a happier note.... IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!AND IT'S SNOWING!!!!

This will be the first set of holidays without my mom-in-law.... It will be hard, but I'm going to just try to remember the good times we had with her in the holidays past to keep a smile on my face...
