Seriously if I don't find a job asap I'm going to get an ulcer. I hate this place. I really really do. I hate my coworkers because they just dont give a crap that they are getting walked on, I hate my bosses for hiring me saying one thing then doing everything different, I hate that I was guarenteed to have xmas on my 5 day weekend and now they are saying its up in the air. I COULD SERIOUSLY LOOSE IT!

Trust me, I know the feeling some times. The amount of hours I work, and the amount of $$ I have saved this company obviously mean nothing some times. I don't understand it I guess. Back home, you treat your employees well and sh*t runs smoother and is easier on everyone. Not that mentality here most of the time.

I know! And I know part of it is the mentality of this bank, I really really can't wait to find something new. Even though I know it will probably take a few months.
