jeez, the law sure is &^%#ed up...... 29 year old guy raped a girl tonight.... he was out on probation after 4 counts of assault..... wtf?? Why's he out?

Ran something like that a couple weeks ago. The guy was a perv and was on probation for two counts of said criminal activity. He figured three times was the charm in one of my buildings, he thought wrong.
