GM isn't going to help me with Bella's paint issues. They said to take it up with the dealer, who is refusing to do anything. My poor car :(

I've spoken to my boss and we're going to take it to Small Claims Court, where I'm guaranteed to win. Juries hate lawyers, insurance companies and car salesmen because at some point they have been screwed by all three. It's a slam dunk but I didn't want to have to take it this far!

get the case escalated some more with the gm specialists.

since you do have a warranty.. i think it is fightable.

nowhere in the document you signed saying you know it had hail damage said it would not be warrantied.

fight that crap. don't be TOO nice over the phone, yet don't be a total bunnyzilla (lets see if she even notices this later)

in my case i got screwed because i killed my warranty.

The GM District Claims Specialist said they couldn't do anything more for me so there is not any further escalation. But I can sue-- and I will. And I'll win. I just HATE THIS.

they ALWAYS say they cannot do anything.

i'd pull the i'm a paralegal card to the dealer and make sure he knows you will be taking it further if they do not cooperate.

especially since you bought a new car and expect a new car.

but for any further issues..i'd suggest a different gm dealership.

I spoke to another dealership. They said I had to go through Blue Ribbon. No one wants to deal with this so I am going to have to file suit and get someone's attention I guess.

well for the paint.. you have to go the dealership you bought it from due to the fact it isn't gm factory paint..but a redo because of damage.

now they're just hoping you go away.

so keep raising hell..then pull the see you in court card.

turn some heads..and if it doesn't work.. get your stuff together and actually do it.
