For one I don't go out of my way to try and hail down everyone that drives a camaro like the OP appears to be doing. That can make you look like a nut case and most people don't give nut cases the time of day. Two, if someone wants to talk about my car I will. Unless I figure out they're a nut case like in the above.

I wave at all Camaros/Vettes, most wave back. Right now I am 0-3 with the return wave from Pace cars...... I dont get it, u bought a car that screams "Look at me!", yet you ignore those who want to shoot the sh*t about our cars. Can a Pace car owner chime in on this? I have yet to meet a polite owner.....

Don't get your panties all bunched up about it. The thing is, that guy probably is blogging right now about how some idiot on a cell phone was trying to jack his new Camaro by acting like he wanted to be 'friends'- likely calling his buds to come and help him take the car. He's probably writing that he just doesn't get some people. You just never know what's in the other person's mind.

Or- maybe he was so engrossed in trying to get to his car, drooling at the chance to get behind the wheel of his Camaro and drive it that he tuned everything else out.

Or- some people don't like papparazzi and avoid it like the plague.

Or- maybe he didn't see you.

Believe it or not, there are some people out there that buy Camaros and don't give two craps about the history, or the coolness, or the brother/sisterhood that comes with owning a Camaro that we all take for granted.

Although it's hard for me as a Camaro enthusiast to understand how you cannot want to be part of the larger Camaro community, I can empathize somewhat with that. I hear people all the time saying "hit me on Facebook" or to hit the 'LIKE' button, etc. Um, sorry, no. I don't give two flips about Facebook.

So I'm the only one who doesn't think this is such a big deal. Some one did not wave back..or give you attention you seeked for having the same car. How do you know he didn't just get fired etc.? To many owners, Camaros are just cars.

at someone trying to get my attention so hard. When your on the road next to a camaro that's one thing, give a nod maybe not when some one is minding their business walking to there car. This thread should just be named "I'm sensitive;need waves"
