I was sitting a a stop light on my way to work and took the first photo. The second is while idling in the parking lot after the car sat for a few hours. On the way home the temp hit a high of 101 deg ok enough already!!!!!!!

On most cars, the roof. Gives you the most accurate ambient air temp, but if it sits out in the sun like that.. not so much. My Exploder and the Milan we have do the same thing. Then in the garage, it's reading a higher temp because of the ambient air temp being higher (enclosed space, no ventilation, hot car..).

Is what it is.

Here in Augusta GA when I come out to my car after work, even with a sun shade it reads about 104. Then it settles at about 100. Its been this way for the last week AT LEAST. I am so sick of this heat I could puke.
