I know there is a thead with all the meeting spots for the fest. But who is planning on meeting up with the the rest of the groups up north and who is going down the 8?

I'm leaving from Escondido and going the north route. Not sure at this point where the meet up spot in Escondido could be. If it is just the two of us then we can meet at the Park and Ride on El Norte. Just a thought.

I think the 8 route is shorter but something about being part of a big convoy coming out of California sounds like a lot fun. Plus I am planning on rigging a camera to the outside of my car so I am hoping to get some good pictures.

I'm in Oceanside. Where is this event and what exactly is the event? Oh and when(time)? I have an Olympic distance triathlon next Sat (16 Apr) so I wouldn't make it that day. Any other I might.

EDit Nevermind just found the thread. I won't be able since I'm already racing that weekend (on water, bike and feet

)

There is four or five of us going on 8 to Phoenix from San Diego on thursday morning (early). you can PM me if you want. Trish had pretty much lined up all the groups and meeting places.

TBH if i remeber correctly its easier to take the 8 and cross over to the 10 on the 76 (i blieve its the 76) it comes out right before blythe.
