ok, Las Cruces NM, I drove by a station on my way back from school. It showed 3.25/gal regular 86, and 3.37 for plus, so I'm guessing premium is going to be 3.50 ish.

We are planning for the future. So when ever the foreign wells dry up, we still have oil,that, or for any extreme situation that requires us to tap into our wells.

Lot's of people saying that Americans didn't learn their lesson from 2008. Back then oil hit $145 at the peak. Oil is currently only at $97 (and lol you guys are already complaining).

Be forewarned, oil WILL go back up to those high prices and could very easily go to $200 a barrel. This will cause a culture change in America, and we will finally start investing in alternative fuels.

Market manipulation. Last summer when BP let millions of gallons of oil in the Gulf, gas prices didn't go up at all. Our oil reserves are at record capacity because of the sluggish economy that is finally trying to come back. Investors are banking on oil futures but we are paying those prices today. BTW, 3.49 in Bham AL.
