As much as I'd like to agree that compliments work well on women, it's been my experience that if you do compliment, they think that you are putting them on a pedestal and that you are a chump! When you talk to her, ask her a question about her, like "How did your races go?" or "How did your training go today?" - 2 reasons: she will talk back even if it is just to answer the question and everyone loves to talk about themselves, esp. girls. Once you find out her interests and steer the conversation to something she is interested in, it will be hard to shut her up. Save any compliments for later in the conversation - like "You look good sitting in the passenger seat of my new Camaro". Good Luck.

LOL awesome idea. As of right now this is the convo I expect to happen.

Her: hi
Me: how are today
Her: good you?

Me: soo.. Do you want to go to the movies sometime?

You are going to freak her out if you come on that strong!!! Look, something I learned is that "guys don't chase women...women choose us."

JEFF had some very sound advice as well and I really think that you should be more confident in yourself. People will pick up on your confidence, the way that all the animals in the jungle do when a lion comes walking through.
