315-30R22 Yokohamas Will they fit?
Does anyone have any experience with this tire on 2010 Camaro? Specs indicate 29.5" dia. Front would be 265-35R-22 @ 29.3" dia
Looking at 22" wheels 10.5-11.0 rears, 9.0" fronts Stock ride height. |

Dido, I would like to know as well. These tires would provide adequate sidewall, as well as a larger diameter.

hello. i have the yoko 315/30/22 rear and 265/30/22 front on my 11 ss. i also looked at the reviews on tire rack before buying. these tires are no louder than stock pirelli. this is the perfect tire for rear of camaro with 22''. this is a stiff sidewall tire and you can feel it in the steering response too. i run 31 psi in the rear and there perfect. there is photo on here under wheel and tire gallery near last page of my car with these. another note. some say stay with same dia front and rear. i have had no problems with anti lock or traction control either with the 1'' dia difference front to rear.

yoko is a SUV tire, which is why it's handling SUCKS per the post directly above this opne. Only 315 passenger car tire that is made, is the Pirelli Pzero Nero.
I'm running the Pzero Neros on my 22x9 and 22x11 wheels and I love them. |

Mindz, that Pirelli was designed with SUV's in mind too. Hehe.
But the Pirelli is a better tire, no doubt.

well from diff review sites , one of the biggest negative reviews was tire loudness after 2-3k miles...seems they rode decent early on but after getting a few miles , they became loud.not my opinion but stuff i read...the toyo,s had a better review in that size if i remember correct

sorry. i should have said a little clearer in my post. the handling of these tires is excellent is what i meant by steering response you dont feel it roll over like the pirelli and i have ran them both. and is also what is said in reveiws on tire rack. only complaints was noise after starting to wear. it is a suv tire per say. a 165 mph suv. what is the difference in a suv tire versus passenger tire. one thing is stiffer side wall to eliminate side wall flex and sway on top heavy suv. these tires make your camaro feel like you put on larger sways bars at the same time. on a passenger car it is nearly a run flat tire. and also give's you a little satisfaction that you dont have to worry so much about cutting a tire at every pot hole you cross with these tiny 22'' sidewalls. one other note. they last twice as long as the pirelli.

31 psi is from the readout on dash. with my several gauges at my shop it varies from 34-37 psi at the tire. my point on the low pressure was that the tire sidewall is so stiff. if you want to run 40-50 psi then do it. i just like to keep the ride soft as possible. i have 2 each of the pirelli pzero 305-30-22 and 315-30 yoko at my house now. and the sidewall comparison between the two of them is no comparison. you can fold the sidewall on the pirelli with your hand. but you cant even start to move the sidewall on the yoko. the tpms sensors read a little low. my point was you dont have to run the real high pressures with the yoko to help avoid ruining a sidewall on curb or pothole. you can run pressure on low side and not have to worry about cutting tire or something. this also is a excellent tire size if you are not going to lower it. if you lower it better have correct backspacing (offset). these things fill up the wheel wells.
