I have a small gripe with the Interwebs. Why is it every video posted has to have some crappy song blasting in the background. Why can't they just be like "Hey here's my video of some cool stuff I did!" That's it. I'm done. I feel better now. Your thoughts? LOL

I would and usually do hit the mute button but then they talk over the crappy music (which isn't always CRAPPY and sometimes is just annoying). I want to hear about what they did. Not music. Is it wrong that I would rather hear their car doing a smokey burnout over watching it while hearing the heavy metal stylings of a speed metal band that failed to make it big?

DJ on the radio goin on FM 104.7 WIOT rockin Toledo since 1972

Im like "yea, we were born together., rock on!!!"

The he gones on about free concert give away tickets, just go on the "Interweb" and sing up.

Like dude, way to show our age....... and I can see all the kids under 21 chaning the station just from the miss use of that one word thinking its the oldies station, not the rockin one. 101.5 is the oldies station.

One of my most fav vids to watch, cept the first half is crap music, though the 2nd half of just turbo spool n burns outs makes it worth the wait.

But over produced music wise, great video though.

I agree with the OP.

I have to surf around online alot for work and it does bug me too when random videos come up with music on. But what bugs the CRAP out of me even more is websites that have music playing on them by default when they open - or have a video that auto plays on the main page. That always makes me click right on the lil x and close the page!

And yes, I could turn my speakers off - but then I wouldn't be able to hear MY music that I choose to play (playlist/pandora/etc). Theirs blares over mine - and usually at a much louder volume!

And while I don't usually use the term "interweb", I have only ever heard it used jokingly by people poking fun of something online. I have heard it from youngsters and elders and I have never thought it showed someones age LOL

If you know much about computers which most kids do, it was the interweb at one time, when ya yas a 9.7baude modem, paying $$$$$ by the min, to use dos commands to connect to a BB to get or play early lame games. And a 650meg hard drive was like $9000

I lost intrest quick and then picked it back up when windows 95 came out, it all finally made sense on how it should be/work.

I agree, and I've been around the "internet" since way before a 9600 baud modem. The only time I've ever heard the term "interweb" used is as a joke, it was referred to as the "world wide web" back in the day hence the WWW on pages.
