I work as a Product Manager/Operation Manager for a company who runs corporate online stores. I also do a little graphic designing for some of our customers like BFGoodrich and Corona (designed some of the artwork for their t-shirts!). Before that I authored "how to" hobby books and did episodes on DIY and QVC.

My better-half is a Fire Fighter/Medic of 18+ years.
