was just laying in the couch watching tv (just a few mins ago) when someone pulled up in the yard & honked their horn.
I got up & walked out the door & the guy yells across the yard at me & asks me if my 87 Iroc is for sale or my 99 Silverado pick up.

I said no & He goes OH Ok, I thought with all the cars you would be willing to sell.

he pulls out & then stops, watching out my window I see him taking pictures of my cars & noting things about them.

So I tell my son to watch the cars for a while.

thank god he didnt see what was in the garage

my truck currently is my daily driver until I can figure out whats wrong with my vette & my iroc is my race car. so the answer is NO lol.

My husbands 95 camaro maybe, since its not drivable right now, the answer would be no on that as well. lol

LOL, I have had this happen often. My old house we would park the Camaro, roadrunner, and chally in the "back" yard and people would pull in like they own the place and ask us if they are for sale

If they were for sale we would put them out front Trust me the yard was huge, they litterally had to look around my house to see the cars sitting there. Nosey people.

well our house sits off the road& sits lower than the house beside us. So in order to see the cars you have to be inline with the driveway or come down the driveway.

We have lots of trees in the yard.

Same here. Which really made me nervous because they had to work to see them. Better believe we had the security system on those nights.

yea same here, My kids bedrooms are right next to the cars. our son goes out first in the mornings on his way to the bus, so he will check them, when he goes out.
the Iroc has no battery in it & with the engine in it its heavy as hell, but my truck, & the vettes have alarm systems in them as well the only other thing that doesnt have one is my sons truck (the 57) but the steering colum is not really in it right now.

I SERIOUSLY, I repeat, I SERIOUSLY recommand disabling all Autos that will be left unattended when you are gone, for a few weeks. Especially if you Can't lock them up tight behind closed doors.

I know a guy that had a stranger asking was his 72 EL Camino for Sale. A few days later this 72 EL Camino was stolen out his yard.

However, there is a chance this guy is harmless then again in this Economy I would NOT take it Lightly.

So, FYI for about 45 or 50 bucks you can get a Hunter Cam that has Night Vision and can take Pics or Videos trigger by Motion Only on to a SD Card.

we are never away from the house for more than a few hours at a time, When I am not at work My husband is either sleeping or at work himself. when I am at work, hes home sleeping.

We currently work off shifts, he works graves & i work days. june 17th I am off for 2.5 months which means I am around the house all the time, june 20th he goes to a day shift.
