Camaro saves my behind.......again!

I was pulled over again

yesterday by a motorcycle cop coming out of Sierra Vista Mall (Clovis, CA). Here is how it went down once I pulled over:

officer: man this is the sweetest car I have ever pulled over
me: thanks (wut else can I say)
officer: is this the V6 or V8?
me: V6 with over 300 HP
officer: nice...reason I pulled you over was because of your window tint, normally we won't pull you over if we can see you...we want to make sure you are not on your cell phone and that you have your seat belt on. I won't give you a ticket

just make sure you take care of it as soon as possible. I know it looks good and it won't look good any other way but it's too dark!
me: thanks, I will take care of it as soon as possible.
officer: man thats a sweet ride...take care and drive safely

...and off he went and so did I!

Loving the g-ride!

Just thought I would share since the camaro has saved me twice now (once for speeding). I know, I know, I'm a lucky guy since I have been pulled over twice within a month and the car has saved me both times cuz officers were more interested in the vehicle than the minor violation.

haha i had the same experiance but i got pulled over twice in a 5 hour span once for speeding and once for not signaling while switching lanes, but the camaro saved
me lol

Thats great

I got pulled over the other day in my G6 (Daily Driver)

My story -
Office - you know why I pulled you over

Me - Yes I was speeding
Officer - Are you in that big a hurry.
Me - No I just have my head up my ass and wasn't paying attention to my speed.

Office - Well thats honest.
Office - L and R please...........(wait wait....

)
Office - Mr. ....... Please slow down and have a good day.
Me - thanks a lot - you made it a great day by not giving me a ticket - you have a good day too office.

Office just smiled - She was a very nice Lady

TOTALLY, that's the way to go. I got off with warnings the last three or four times I was pulled over for speeding--just by copping to it and being friendly!

Haven't been pulled over yet in my camaro,
but I do have a story about my 09 challenger(now sold).
two days after I bought the car I was driving home from work.
our street is off of a 4 lane road- traffic was horrible and I was in the wrong lane to turn onto my road, so I floored it and cut in front of another car-missed it by inches and then saw blue lights, so I pulled over. the car I cut off was an off duty state trooper(younger guy) in a blue impala. He basically scolded me and then sat there talking about cars w/me for about 20 min.

Moral of the story is cut off the cops, make a new friend

Thats odd the cops are usually too busy pulling illegal uturns and cutting me off for that oppertunity to arrise.

More often than not they are gawking at the car too.
