Looking for Vert axle back exhaust
Was just on the phone with a well known big parts store we all know and use for over 45 minutes trying to find a cut and clamp option for axle back on a 2SS vert. I read that the bracing for the verts get in the way of most of the options for the coupes. Anyone have suggestions, pics, or even how to look it up I’d be hella grateful. I’m new here. Just bought the car yesterday. It needs exhaust. Thanks!!!

Have you checked out PLM (Private Label Manufacturing)? I've had one of their axle-back systems for about a year now. Sounds & looks great, and low priced.

I put a Borla axle back on my 2020 2ss vert. Nothing unusual in the way.

Many MFRs will state "does not fit the convertible" (including Borla) when they can be adjusted by a smart installer to fit without rattling against the rear X brace (albeit with tight clearances).
There are a few success story posts on this forum: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=590702 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=605642 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=492590 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=521147 |

Convertibles only have problems with cat backs. Axle backs fit fine, same as on coupes. I installed the Borla myself.
