Help-Rolling to a stop then RPM drops below 500

Sometimes when the car is rolling to stop, the Rpm will drop to 500 and the exhaust sounds like a cammed car, but it will come back up to regualr idle rpm at around 650, but this doesn’t happen all the time. Sometimes it’s would drop to 650ish and just idle at it. Does anyone by chance know why it is like that? is it a tuing issue?

The first thing to do is data log the car, look it over, and/or send it to your tuner to review.
