2017 Camaro 1LE - Oil Pump
Hey guys,
I recently purchased a 2017 1LE with 49,600 miles, completely stock. Have you guys made it a point to replace the oil pump, with the known issues that have arisen? Is this something that I should prioritize? |

I think that mainly applies to the ZL1 cars with the LT4

So the known issues about the oil pumps failing is mainly in regards to the ZL1’s? That would be a relief, didn’t know if I should prioritize replacing the oil pump.

So as you can see. What the pump can actually do vs what it is commanded to do are two different numbers. So if you think you have low oil pressure, the ecm is more than likely putting the pressure low for a reason. |

Yes, that is what I've gathered from the posts on here over the past couple years (Someone can correct me if I'm wrong) |
