2650 cooling
Does the magnuson 2650 need any extra cooling? And what pulley sizes needed to get around 15psi?

What pulley combo and PSI are you at now? Stock cam or aftermarket?

I’m currently running stock upper and 9.25 lower stock supercharger, BTR stage 2 cam. I’m looking to get a 2650 and port injection and run E85 or E70ish at the pump. Already did the low side pump. Willing to change lower pulley or both to whatever is needed to get to get around 15ish psi. I have larger HX will be installed at the same time as the 2650 and port injection

2650 @ 15psi likely won't need any other cooling mods especially with some ethanol. Ethanol loves heat to help it burn efficiently. All of the additional cooling mods is usually needed when running a stock blower turned up on pump gas. It's apples to oranges. If the engine timing is optimized, then you would need to start pulling some out when MAT's creep into the 130's degree range on Pump. On Ethanol you can go another 40-50 degrees without pulling timing. I still pull a little out starting around 155 but I like to be conservative. I doubt you even see 150 degree MAT's with that setup anyways unless it sat in traffic idling on a 90 degree day but it would likely come down into the 120-130 range once you start moving.
