Is the lighting integrated or is it in the door trim?

Not sure what you’re meaning, that photo has the spectrum lighting (illuminated door trim), the silver piece has a light tube that two led’s shine through at each end.

It's part of the silver piece. There is a channel running inside the trim and the LED tube is embedded into it.

However, I'm not sure how exactly the wire connection to the door trim is made, never took mine apart completely.

It is not possible to remove it from the silver coin?

I don’t think you can remove the tube from the silver trim, I remember being able to take out the LED’s as they’re only covered with a snap on plastic cover. The light tube itself was integrated into the silver trim. I believe the only point you can see the light tube at all on the other side is through two plastic molded pieces where the LED’s are placed

do you know where you can buy those LED bulbs? I think mine are getting dim and I want to replace them so itll be bright.

I don't see a part number for just the LED boards, I bought some off a forum member years ago that I unfortunately misplaced. Your best bet is going to be eBay or off a used car someone's parting out.
