Is this holding up (hahaha) ok? They OEM ones are a little cheaper it seems.

I ordered the Stabilus 5B-309325 from rockauto and they are way too long. How do yours fit but mine don't? Can you post a picture of yours?

That's exactly what I ordered. I don't understand how they fit your car but not mine. Can you post a picture?

I don't have a picture of those but I've got a picture of my original compared to the ones Chevy said supposedly fit mine. The long one is what came off the car and the short one is what Chevy said fit.

I'm pretty sure the lift struts for the convertible and the coupe are different, possibly due to where they are attached / anchored, with the ones for the convertible appearing to be longer. Also, left and right sides appear to be different parts.

Is it possible you have the wrong version for the specific application you have?

I have the opposite problem. I NEED the shorter one but I got sent the longer ones. You have a coupe or convertible?

I don’t have a convertible and those are listed as fitting on coupes.

Coupe. Part number for the shorter shock is in one of those pictures.

Based on the photo of the two struts, it looks like two different manufacturers. apparently AC Delco outsource these to China.
The numbering system can't be the same for both struts, plus blue vs gray ink.
Both show the force in newtons.
But the rest is a mess.
usual specs include compressed length, extended length, cylinder diameter, rod diameter, plus the force in newtons. That's enough to go shopping around.
