we had 1993 Z28 with an Auto & K&N FIPK, SLP came out with an "Off Road Pipe"

the OEM y pipe had CATs and a Dreadful dead ended pipe where they joined.

the SLP ORP made that car CRAZY fun.

we were living in Omaha, and some ole ragged farm truck came up & revved his motor between the high rise buildings, and i popped it in nuetral, and revved the camaro up.

he revved his again, and I just left the camaro in DRIVE and stomped it.

we were doing about 35~40mph idling in second, and it kicked down into first gear and blew it sideways and started boiling the tires.

I let off it, and the truck guy pulled up beside me and gave me a "HELL YEAH" yell & a big thumbs up!!

I've called 911 on some of the idiots. One, on 2 lane road, flew up behind me trying to push me out of the way. Then when he tried to pass, he could not look ahead and see the car coming, he didn't make it. mad him even more pissed off. I finally just called and when he got pulled over I stopped. only to see him bring out a 6 month old infant out of his truck.

If it's a Model 3 it should play out just as it did for you. If it's a Model 3 Performance an SS wouldn't stand a chance. A ZL1 might. Thing is, unless you know what you're looking for (red calipers) you don't know what's next to you.
