GM won the class action lawsuit on these transmissions. https://mycarvoice.com/news/gm-legal...sion-problems/

Since GM won class action, the parts costs likely wont come down for us.

Ive got issues with mine now at 60k miles. It is lunging on highway between 45 and 65 miles per hour. What are folks doing to resolve these transmission issues?

2018 Transmissiom problems

New to the sight so I`m learning.
Question: Is there a way to prevent the transmission shutter in my 2018 Camaro before it starts? No problems yet at 26600 miles.
Also does anyone know a good tranny shop in the Phoenix area to do this flush? Thanks

Hey Riskyb, to Camaro6

1. Get the flush (TSB 18-NA-355); sorry, I'm not familiar with the Phoenix area, but you'd typically want a Chevy dealership with a dedicated senior Corvette tech or a Cadillac dealership of good reputation, those folks will care enough
2. Turn AFM off either via a tune or a Range device
3. Get a trans tune to eliminate the factory programmed torque converter slip

...and enjoy permanent zero shudder afterwards.
