Low pressure Fuel pressure in the tank was ranging 50.
High pressure pump is ranging around 500 Blackstone oil analysis shows no fuel or any other contaminates. Both O2 sensors seem to be appropriately responding both to the ECU and to each other. Neither appears erratic and voltage is spot on. I've never posted a video, I hope this link works https://youtube.com/shorts/hVr18AHooPE?feature=share

No fuel in the oil would seemingly rule out the HPFP from leaking into the engine. The O2 sensors are seemingly in line. Sounds like cleaning the MAF would be a good step along with doing a pressure check on the fuel rail itself, and start checking for vacuum / exhaust leaks to be sure nothing odd is happening there.

How long has the rotofab been on the car? Since that is the only modification, I would start with double checking every connection and go through the rotofab instructions again.

Agree that this is something to look more closely at. When you change out the intake for a CAI, you create the potential to move more air into the motor and without also modding the tune to compensate for the extra air, the motor could end up running lean. While that doesn't -seem- to be case here (it appears to be running quite rich), it would be worth fully investigating. The simplest thing to do would be to revert back to stock and see what happens to the numbers.

Do you still have the stock intake to put it back?

Here is a picture of the comparison of looking at the misfires in the misfire section of GM specific vs mode 6 in obd2 generic. These are from my camaro just after in got off work today. As you can see looking at it in obd2 generic in mode 6 will show misfires that the GM specific won't catch.
My fuel trim is slightly rich but not as bad as yours. I haven't looked into it but i think i have a spark plug wire failing again. |

Here is the path to this menu. Once you're there, scroll to the very bottom and that will be misfires per cylinder.

I am familiar with the misfire diag. DOne it many times hoping this was a bad spark plug but alas my count is only 1 as of the other day on cylinder 7.

Just thinking here...
You mentioned that you were observing misfires... Lack of ignition could increase fuel present in the exhaust which could then "trickle down" to everything else you're seeing. If you haven't already, and since you have the pieces on hand, maybe this is a good time to swap the plugs and then swap the wires. Misfires could be caused by a variety of things and some of the things on that list could be connectivity issues that could trace to the wires or even the plugs themselves and spark not getting through 100% of the time. |
