I know that this thread is a few months old.

Do these Android radios allow you to adjust the OEM settings? Like how long your lights stay on after exiting the car? Whether the horn beeps when locking and unlocking the car? Which doors lock and unlock with the remote ect....

I am not sure, but I would love to know. In my BMW, the android unit allows you to switch back to the NBT system for factory changes.

When I asked the manufacturer , he confirmed that the unit is capable of changing some of the OEM settings , and it supports diagnostics over OBD2. Parking camera and sensors are also supported. But I haven't tested it...

I just plugged in a USB box and use that as is. I don’t have to worry about a head unit failure and I have the OBD2 running on my screen along with everything from my custom loader to movies.

Reverse dynamic trajectory is retained as well as the camera. I added a AHD front bumper camera(shown in the picture below). I love that the CANBUS intercepts everything and tells me voltage, RPM, which door is open including trunk, auto dimming using the light sensor, auto rear window defogger is retained and selectable as well as all auditory horns such as feedback when you lock the car or walk away as well as remote left in vehicle. They also retained the dimming of the HVAC when using voice commands or calls. Each update to the canbus adds even more features.
