'22 LT1 with A10, transmission acting up

I recently purchased a used 2022 LT1 it has 50k miles that had received serious damage in the front end. The transmission does not like to move when it's cold, I was running at 5k rpms at 32 MPH in what the car said was 8th gear. When the trans is warm the car will drive almost normally, except it slams into 2nd gear and shifts smoother but still felt 3-10. It does the same thing when stopping and going from 2nd to 1st. Is this transmission shot and if so are there any shops that can rebuild near the central US I'm in Arkansas or any recommendations on sourcing a different one (new or used)? No warranty available due to branded title.

Check the fluid level or have it checked. If the cooler was damaged in the other heavy front end damage it may have lost a decent amount of fluid that wasnt replaced. Low fluid can make it do all kinds of unpredictable things like slipping and suddenly grabbing.
