check engine light with Catted headers?
If I use a catted header (ARH with G sport cats) will the system have enough heat to keep the rear sensors happy? or do Ineed to have the rears tuned out before i do the install?

To be safe just tune out the codes. If your cat efficiency is just barely above the pass threshold new, then in a couple months it will be just below it. So to be safe just tune it out and you won't have to deal with it. You will pass visual inspections and you won't have an engine light on.

I would tune them out for the reasons mentioned above.
