Best Modestly priced 20" Tire Set

Like most I'm on a tighter budget and interested to hear good and not so good reviews on your tire choices.
It's strictly for daily rural and highway use only; no track or drag

Thanks for replies
Hary

I got falkens when i first got my car. They are great in the rain and suck for dry traction accelerating. I can spin from a 50 roll pretty easily.

I got the MICHELIN PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4. I put them on immediately after I got the car new. Sold the summer only tires. Never regretted it. These tires handle great.

There's a few tires that are readily available right now that's in my budget
These are strictly for daily rural/ highway only use. No track, strip use
Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06
General G Max RS
Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02

I had the DWS 06 on our C5 and they worked well

I've been happy with a set of Atturo AZ850's I bought from a friend in SS1LE size mounted on my MRR017 1LE replicas, WAY better than my original Goodyear Runflats... However, I do NOT drive in the rain so can not give any wet road performance data...

I think it's worth a short wait for a Black Friday sale. Car is stored for the winter.
I was cautioned by a friend who buys tires a lot to ask or see what the build date on the tire is.
New tire should be < 9 mos old. Anything > a year old to pass on.
He said the composition of the tire starts to degrade which is why he said tire wholesalers sell to/on eBay for cheaper $$'s

On a 2SS I have had both the General Gmax AS-05 and the BFG comp 2 plus A/S.
Both come in at under $1000 for the set. Gmax might be up to the AS-06 at this point.
See which one has a current rebate (usually good for ~$100 off)
