Odd looking devices on trunk lids

Seen on a few Camaros, but the vast majority spotted on Challengers. A framework of sorts, black, plastic/metal/fiberglass ( can't tell which ) that looks a too small luggage rack, and a 2 foot long angled pole/rod extending upward and aft from it.


Anybody know what these are for?

Yep, a camera mount. You can actually see the pole in some of the YouTube videos.
