Initially decided to 3d model up in Fusion a replacement ZL1 front grill emblem for my own car to match my blacked out hood and rear bumper emblem and for whatever reason couldn't find anything that I liked, or, really, anything at all. Printed it and some variations of the emblem with ASA filament which is UV and heat resistant.

Had a few people asking me to do something for 1LE and a ZLE variation so I modeled those up as well and expanded the color options to 8 different colors and the ability to choose the border color and a thin or solid border variation, and a different color for the 1 in ZL1 and 1LE and the E in ZLE.

Soon I will model up and print emblems for the hood and bumper with the same colors and methods. Anyways, if anyone is looking for a high quality front grill emblem feel free to check out my Etsy shop at etsy.z1lla.com, or, you can ping me on here and I can make you something and ship it.

I could do some SS or anything else for the front grill if anyone was interested and as long as it fits the same dimensions Soon I will add the same options for the rear bumper emblems and such once I get a chance to do the models up and test print some

I've been tweaking and refining the 3d model and testing out "galaxy black" ASA filament color which is a black color with a little bit of "star sparkle", looks kind of cool:



Also have been printing a ton of prototypes with various 3d printer ironing settings for smoother cleaner top layers:
