I finally decided on Procharger

My Cars getting a P1X with ~7psi and LT4 Fueling installed over the weekend, I decided I wanted a Procharger because I really only do roll races so I want the top end and I already slip enough N/A so I cant imagine a PD Blower without Drag Radials.

What do you guys predict itll put down on the Dyno? I already had a 225 Cam, MSD Ported Intake, Kooks 2 inch LTH and Ported OEM Heads.

I'm super excited and cant wait to see the results, Tuner said I still will be limited to 91-93 unless I run a low blend of E, roughly E30-E50 unless I go port injection, but hey ill take it.

Sorry I don't have any input for you considering I have a 5th gen (2010) with a Procharger (D-1x). But I am curious as to where you are having your work done. I am in Denver as well and had my build done at American Intense Racing in Watkins but am always looking for other good builders/tuners.

I would imagine the elevation is going to hurt, so I'll guess 610 whp. Why stop at 7 psi?

Looks like the OP has a stock bottom end.

Because pump gas...with some additive or meth injection he could push further like you have done but pump 91-93 only he is going to be limited.

Definitely, I wouldn't even try 91... I initially dyno'd at 722 whp on 93 with no additive, I run Boostane as a precaution and it probably has contributed to the longevity so far at 12 psi.

Doesn’t mean it’s a good idea… Without full E you’re filling the dice over 650 WHP in my humble opinion. For every SBE guy that gets away with it we have 15-20 that don’t and wonder why they have broken ring lands.

Would be interesting to know:

Who tuned it?
How many miles since the build/ tune?
At WoT ~ 6 K-RPM
What is your A/FR like?
Spark advance Deg.?
Injectors Pulse Width ms ?

722 R-WHP on 93 pump is quite a number....

Yeah we practically have the same build except my cam is BTR 225, I was told by many that 9psi Is probably the most I could get away with and I also plan on running E50. I’m playing it safe because tbh I was pretty happy with how fast I was FBO heads cam but I just want a little bit of an extra punch on the top end, I also daily mine so I don’t want to drive around a 800+whp beast all the time, 600-700 is where I’ll be happy.

CSP originally tuned it, wasn't happy with it, made some changes and retuned with Jannetty. 10,000 miles and lots of beating on this setup.
6,000 RPM - .82 AFR, 16 degrees, 4.8 ms - 7,000 RPM is 15 degrees and up to 5.5 ms.

Agreed, you'll be happy with it. Let us know how it turns out!

There’s a shop In Brighton called Colorado Performance unlimited, he’s reallly good with LS and Chevy stuff in general and does it on his property so labor is at a very good price

Did Ted J. tune it remotely for you?

These figures are on 93 pump, right?
Amazing stuff for an SBE !
10K Miles and it is still alive

How much RWHP approximately do the LTHeaders contribute? and do you still run with CATs, or did you remove them?
How much does the Cam contribute ?
