Yup, this is normal for hot idle as we stated above a few times (for posterity, OP's posted oil pressure is equivalent to 29.9 psi)

I drove a couple of hundred miles and went to another shop to do an oil change.
Zero metal in oil, on magnet or inside the filter. I'm pretty happy. I will chalk it up to the previous shop already having metal in the bucket or being dishonest.
