Question brake fluid, what to choose

2018 SS 1LE MT mainly stock
"Spirited" weekend driving both straight line and curves, no track.

Is the higher performance break fluid going to hurt anything, other than my wallet?
Is it a big enough improvement?

Recommendations on a fluid.

Thanks

Same boat as you, except not a 1LE, I ended up going with Castrol SRF Brake Fluid and RST Stainless Steel Brake Lines... On a very early "Spirited, mountain run" with some friends I had some serious brake fade (nearly hit the car in front of me coming to a stop)...

Decided time for better brake fluid and some lines that won't get soft when they get hot... I don't drive aggressively often, but I want to be able to stop when I want to stop... The few extra bucks were well worth it...

Go big or go home... If the best fluid is $60 more, is that REALLY a factor??

Cheap insurance...

I don't track my car either. But when I flush the fluid next year I'll be using Motul DOT 5.1 fluid. I've been using this fluid for years in everything I've owned with hydraulic brakes...cars, trucks, atvs and motorcycles. It's excellent and I've never had a brake issue using it. About $10 a pint on Amazon.
