How to program a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro remote?

What if you have a remote?
So this is for if you don't have a remote already. I have 1 remote. We lost the 2nd remote that came with the car (2017 Camaro SS). So I want to get a new 2nd remote. Can I program the new remote using the current remote or how does that work? I know the key would still have to be cut. Thanks!
