New to me 2023 2SS Convertible

Hi all. I recently joined the forum in anticipation of my first Camaro. It's finally here and Im already in Love! It's a 2023 2SS Convertible. It had about 10k on it and now has about 10500. It has the Magneride suspension, Recaro seats, gloss black wheels with red stripe, red calipers, red seat belts. After purchasing it, I found the post on here regarding production numbers for late model Camaros. Running the options list through that spreadsheet shows it is a 1/1 car from the factory. I understand that's not all that rare with many different options available, but I thought it was cool. I finally got a few pics and wanted to share.

Anyway, thanks welcoming me to this group!

I'm not sure what's up with the Window Sticker showing two different wheel options included. I'm guessing the original dealer got a set of Black Forged Aluminum wheels to sell.

Yup, same with mine, had different set of wheels listed. I did not get them either, and I DID ask.

I bought mine used, so I knew the extra wheels weren't coming with the car. As I understand it, a lot of dealers will order an extra set of different wheels when a customer specs an optional set of wheels on an ordered car. Both sets of optional wheels get shipped to the dealer. This gets them a set of wheels to throw on something else for a cheap price along with the stock wheels on the car to begin with. I would guess that it goes unnoticed on many people's cars and customers wind up buying the wheels/tire sets for the dealer. In a perfect world for the customer, the price of the second wheels should come off the selling price, but who knows.

I know that I did not pay for them, as the price I paid for the car was about $12K under MSRP. I'm not sure why it was priced the way it was on Carvana, honestly. Pretty much all similar models on there have been priced very close to original MSRP and in some cases even over original MSRP.

If I remember correctly, people buying it new should have received both sets of wheels. One installed on the car and the other as a take home, original owner probably still has them sitting in their garage lol

Beautiful car!

Beautiful car!
I could see that as a reasonable explanation too. I know if I'd have ordered it new, the 2nd set of optional wheels/tires would have definitely come home with me! Someone paid a grand for them or close to at dealer price.
